Corporate Equity

Modes of intervention

We will provide the projects we select with funding. This can take a wide variety of forms.

The most traditional of these is taking an equity interest in the company by buying shares during a capital increase. Convertible bonds can be an appropriate solution in situations where the company already has financial resources and wishes to develop a high-potential product or service with an identified and controlled level of risk. Other, more recent, solutions are also available, such as the AIR (quick investment agreement) mechanism, which offers accelerated project financing without getting into the tricky issue of valuing a business before it has really developed beyond the project stage.
